Abiola "Abby" Olayeri is a Level 3 certified personal trainer in Aberdeen, specialising in weight loss, muscle tone, and nutritional guidance. Based at PureGym Aberdeen Altens, he helps people across Aberdeen, Kincorth, Torry and Nigg rebuild their bodies and their confidence — honestly, patiently, and without the usual gym-world nonsense.

Do I need any experience to train with Abby?
No — you don't need any gym experience to train with Abby. He tailors every session to your current fitness level, and most of his 30+ clients started exactly where you are now. Your first session is about listening to your goals, not testing your limits.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions take place at PureGym Aberdeen Altens (Unit B, Wellington Circle, AB12 3QW). You don't need to be a PureGym member to train with Abby — he'll sort the gym access as part of your package. Plenty of parking on site.
How long before I see results?
Most clients see noticeable changes in 4–6 weeks when they commit to the plan. Real body transformation — the kind you see in before-and-after photos — typically takes 12 weeks of consistent training and honest nutrition tracking. Abby sets realistic expectations from day one, because "quick fixes" don't last.
Is nutrition coaching included?
